Service provided: Analysis and rebuttal of damages claims brought
against an Internet company for allegedly infringing a patent related
to web addressing. The analysis focused on reasonable royalty
damages and on the appropriateness of lost profits damages.

Service provided: Critical analysis of a claim for misappropriation of trade secrets damages suffered by an Internet service provider as a
result of ideas appropriated from its business plan. The analysis

inventor in the biotechnology industry as part of a dispute over patent
rights. The analysis included a study of potential uses of this patent in
three different industries and a comprehensive royalty survey of

Service provided: Assessment of damages in a rule 10b-5 class action
lawsuit brought against a generic drug manufacturer over failure
disclose FDA inquiries into its manufacturing practices.

Service provided: Valuation of a discount retailer that was a target of
a leveraged buyout. The valuation was used to respond to allegations
of fraudulent conveyance by management.
